We aim to provide career and professional development services, promote self-employment, wage employment and entrepreneurship, and ensure access to financial services and investment on an equal basis with others.

Programs:

• Comprehensive rights-based policy to integrate people of determination in the economy and workplace by providing job and employment opportunities
• Study on the development of community centers for the rehabilitation of people of determination above 18 years old through the development of capabilities, communication and vocational training
